  • I'm writing to review this place because I have worked here for a year and am sadly leaving. These girls I have come to know deserve 5 stars because they work so hard for so many clients who just come and go. We have changed so many lives for the better just by giving them outstanding customer service and listening to them and allowing them to leave with hair that not only looks amazing but makes them feel better about themselves. It is unfortunate that the ones who leave the salon happy and grateful do not always take the time to write a review. Instead you see the people who are upset and hide behind their computer just to make us look bad. There are 2 sides to every story. But I can say that we have always been glad to take someone back in and fix their cut or color if communication wasn't right the first time and someone needed something fixed. People are always going to complain about price or be upset with us but in reality, the person in our chair is the one who decides what's being done to them. We may give our opinions based on the integrity of the hair but we do our best to meet our clients with the results they want. So next time you take a step into this salon, consider everything you are asking for and how hard the person standing behind you is working to fulfill your hair goals. I am going to miss this place.
