  • Worth a detour if you are into candy at all. There's a small section on fine chocolate (e.g. Valrhona) but the attraction here is the sheer variety of candies from the mass-market (I bought a dark Reece peanut butter cups, which I haven't seen before) to the indies such Abba-Zabba (made in Hayward, California and I think still family owned). The Hello Kitty selection provided a couple gifts for a friend back home and people in to Pez and Jelly Belly will be happy to find substantial selections.
