We just had to make the hardest decision a furparent can make. We had to put our sweet Fatty Binks to sleep. She had just turned 15 in February, but declined pretty fast the last week she was with us. Our first and only call was to Arrow. We've trusted them for a good number of years with anything that came to our babies. Everyone working that night were so incredibly kind. You could tell that when they apologized, in came from within. They allowed us to take as much time as needed to say our goodbyes. Dr. Willms and Lucas (vet tech), thank you both for being so understanding and patient with us. Dr. Willms mentioned that doing this is sometimes the nicest thing we can do for our pets, and in our case, it was true. She was refusing food, water and couldn't walk on her own. Last thing we wanted her to do was to suffer. We have peace knowing she's looking down from above and that we'll be reunited one sweet day. We picked up her ashes just yesterday and received a hug from the nice lady behind the counter. We couldn't ask for a better group of people to help take care of our babes. They will always have our business and trust. Great all around.
