  • They do have good sales, I will give them that. But every time I've been there (5 or 6 times now), the service has SUCKED. I'm not sure if it's due in part to understaffing, or just laziness from (some of) the staff.... but I always end up waiting a ridiculously long time in line. The last time I was there, I had a 15 minute wait... which would have been fine, except that there were 3 or 4 other employees standing around by the registers, chatting with eachother. While a very pleasant (and very overwhelmed) middle aged woman manned the register ALL BY HER SELF. I felt awful for the lady.... her coworkers were totally oblivious to the line, even when she requested back-up. Overall, I'd rather save myself the hassle and go to Michael's. At least they man their registers.
