  • I have been here one other time, and had a pleasant experience. But this time not so. I made an appt online and showed up on time. The friendly receptionist went to tell the stylist I was there, and I noticed she was met with a very unpleasant stylist, who told her to tell me that she will get to me when she can. The receptionist came and told me maybe 20 minutes. I probably would have stayed and waited if I did not see the aura of the person that would be doing my hair.... I was planning on getting the monthly package they offer. Bummer!!
