  • You're going to laugh when I tell you this, but one of the things I missed MOST about Calgary was Purdy's Chocolates. I wish I was joking. They don't have Purdy's in Toronto and they don't have Purdy's in the States. WHY do I love Purdy's so much? One word: Hedgehogs. I mean, could Purdy's have made a more perfect creature?!?!? He's adorable, he's smooth, he's sweet and he manages to please me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would sometimes DREAM about hedgehogs... I just love them so much. The hazelnut chocolate inside and the perfectly designed milk chocolate outside is enough to send shivers through my body. Although the hedgehogs are my first love, Purdy's ice cream bars come in a very close second. You know what's fun? If you get them to dip the ice cream bar in chocolate, then in the nuts, then in chocolate and then in the sprinkles!!! It's a party in your mouth! All this talk about chocolate has created a full on craving. It's time for me to bid adieu...this girl's gotta take care of her needs ;)
