  • I was surprised to find a negative review about Dr. Gitiforooz but then again, everyone has different expectations from a doctor. I have extremely high expectations of doctors and I actually have been impressed with her. What I appreciate about her is her conservative and thorough approach. She did a lot of up-front testing with me before we got into major testing and diagnosis. She is very good with follow-up, and she orders all tests promptly for her patients. Oh--and I almost forgot the best part. You will ALWAYS work with her--NOT a nurse practitioner. I've been to so many gynecologists over the years who are all too happy to pawn you off on her NP--but not Dr. Gitiforooz. The only thing I don't really care for is she tends to work very fast. This can feel like she is rushing at times. I think it's just her style to be efficient but I can see where some people wouldn't like this. I think she is an incredibly capable doctor and I am glad I found her.
