  • This review is specifically about the parts department. I have an older Toyota Celica and called in to get some parts ordered. After giving the parts department representative at Right Toyota the information necessary to look up the parts he was very quick to say they didn't have any of the 3 parts I was inquiring about. I got a funny feeling about what he had to say so I called another Toyota dealership just to make sure. To my amazement the representative at the other dealership was able to order all three of the parts I inquired about and had them in my hands just 2 days later! My guess would be that the first service rep. just assumed because I have an older car that Toyota would have the parts for it and didn't want to bother filling in all the info and going through the results. What a hack.
