  • Waiter was very friendly upfront. After we placed the order we never saw our waiter again. This was at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. The place wasn't even busy. After I received my order it was not what i ordered. I asked where our waiter was and they said he was busy. I have been to Zinc about 10 times and now we will never go back. The waiter never came to the table. The manager came to say sorry for the multiple mistakes but I asked where the asparagus we ordered was ... Multiple and multiple mistakes throughout the night. This is not the service you would expect when your sending over $200.00 for 2 people. I will never return.
