  • The walls are thin and porches on certain floor plans are quite close- you can hear a lot. If you're a person that cares about something like that (like me) it's something to consider. Residents are seemingly allowed to do anything they want as long as its daylight (including loud thudding music) and we work from home- ergo daily life is pretty damn miserable (especially for me despite changing daily routine and sleeping habits to accommodate). If you choose to live here, hope you are blessed with decent neighbors if peace is something you look for in a home. Parking is tight but much less so if you're on the east side of the complex. The entire east wall is guest/open parking. The community is nice- landscaping, amenities, renovated units, and large floor plans. Maintenance is ok as well, beware of their band aid fixes, but late night emergency maintenance has been helpful more than once. Thumbs up for that! Overall, great place as long as you're not like me ;) PS- I've looked at a lot of other apartment complexes and unit size vs amenities vs location (practically in summerlin!) this place a commodity.
