  • I'm only leaving two stars because my first experience here was great which is why I came back but unfortunately I left this establishment with a horrible taste in my mouth a few days ago when I went in and got a mani-pedi by a woman who seemed like she hated me or wanted to be anywhere other than there working. She didn't say a word to me and kept looking over her shoulder didn't soak my nails at all before going in and plucking a bunch of my skin off didn't clean my nails or cuticles and unevenly filed down my nails without hardly even looking at them and then just slapped some paint on and called it good and honestly I think a 5 year old could have done a better job. I let management know I was very unhappy and they said "okay" and I reluctantly paid my bill. I will NEVER come back and will make sure to tell all my friends and family to steer clear of this establishment at all costs. Lack of care or concern for customers is never okay. What a waste of my time and money!
