  • I've been to this location a few times. Every time I've went there my co-pay was wrong. My deductible is only $150 and my copay would be above that amount. No way. I'd give them 3 stars based on that but there's more. However, I just got a push text message from their finance department. I wasn't sure if it was real or not so I called in. I was being billed $2,300-some dollars. Absolutely ridiculous! They were claiming that the insurance never paid the claim. I immediately called my insurance. I went to Simon Med in mid-February and the claim was paid out in early March. My insurance told me that I only owed them $2.20 according to their records. I called back Simon Med and the lady I talked to was rude! I asked her if she could call my insurance and verify and she said in a snotty way "that's not my job." Uhm ok, well you clearly don't do any part of your job. Anyways, they were going to send me to collections for something I didn't owe. I threatened with an attorney that I would definitely have followed up on. I immediately called my insurance back and explained everything that was going on. Insurance rep put me on hold so she can call them herself. She got it taken care of and I'm due a REFUND of $28. If you have the time and energy to micromanage these people to make sure your copay is correct and to make sure the bill properly, just go anywhere else. I've had excellent care and customer service at EVDI.
