  • So let me start by saying this rating is strictly about the service. The ice cream is always delicious and consistent. The service is another story. I cannot believe it takes 25 minutes to get ice cream. And it's not just because it takes longer to make. I've been to other locations and they move people through there like cattle in under 10 minutes. Time to start hiring competent staff and/or manager to run that location. Good ice cream, poor service.
