| - Don't let them give you any lines about how they are next to an expensive country club so it is safe there! Multiple cars were broken into recently. A lady's first floor apartment had its windows busted in while her sons were in the room just three weeks ago! Management has no mitigation plan and just said that this is Phoenix so call a crime number. I was naive and trusted that my unit would be like the demo unit, but man was I wrong! I have personally seen two cars waiting to get in through the exit and saw someone park in guest parking (they don't mark guests or who can park here) and then walk right out of the community. Smoking & dog poop from the outside will infiltrate right through the poorly sealed windows and doors, but that's because "their buildings are old". The seal is so bad in my unit that dirt, palm shedding, and light come right through the threshold on to my floor. The buildings have settled so my unit had/has bubbling under the vinyl (trip hazard), a loose toilet, cracked ceilings, missing closet shelves & rods, missing handles on a torn screen door, missing security rods for the sliding doors, moving kitchen counters, cat litter smells from the previous tenant where they kept the box in a closet, a rusted sink, uneven tiles in the showers, a dented stove, a busted stove drawer, rusted shower curtain rods, filthy AC vents, filthy light and electric covers, and the ceiling fan was loose and can't be controlled by a switch. The upgrades they advertise are cheap and shoddily installed. It's really been horrible trying to live here and I hope Greystar upper management knows this place has staffing issues with maitenance, security problems, and managers/sales people that need better training about lying to potential tenants to make a sale. If you like smoke in your home, paying extra high electric bills, and being stolen from then this is the community for you!
