  • If you are looking for a cleaning service that breaks things, this is the one for you. A picture frame was broken as was our track light. If you are looking for a cleaning service that does top cleaning only, then this is the one for you. We hired Maid Brigade several months ago and were quoted a price of $78.00 per week for every week cleaning. We requested that the same team of 2 come every week. That did not happen. We did have the same "team leader" but she came with a different person most of the time. When I complained to Walter, the "manager" that our wood floors were squeaking when we walked on them, he could not understand why. After talking to the people that installed these floors, we were told the squeaking was from water being used on the wood, not "bona" which they claim they were using. Today when they came, I gave them my Bona to use, however, the girl that did one of the floors, used it with water. I guess they do not know how to train their help! She said she did not know not to use water. I cannot tell you her name, because I am never told their name when they arrive. I also told Walter that the kitchen floor was not clean and the corners were never cleaned. He came and looked at the house and called the next day to tell us that they had misquoted the job and raised the price $17.00 to $95.00 per week. If the same team would have come each time, they could have been in and out of our home (which there are only 2 adults) in one hour. This is a company that I would NEVER recommend!
