  • This place pretty much takes your money.... I had purchased a package for laser hair and paid only half, wasn't able to use it because I was buying it for a cousin and turns out she won't be able to because she's moving back to her home town. I wasn't going to be using any of their services in the future and asked for my money to be reimbursed. They said no because it is company policy. I would understand if I had paid it in full or even started some laser treatments and money couldn't be returned but it was not paid in full, none of the laser treatments were even done. So now they keep my $184 to their pocket. Well that sucks usually I wouldn't mind if it was less but $184. I messaged the store owner Rebecca and never did I get a response back from her. Also her husband who is also the owner I had sent an email and no response either. I will never go back to that place. Not only because of them stealing your money but because they are also unorganized. Sometimes they can't even find your file or they burn clients with the laser machine their excuse is that's how treatments are done sometimes and they want to be aggressive. Honestly I do not recommend this place.
