  • Garbage. Waiting 1.5 hours so far. Super short rep ran my card with no charge causing the issuer to flag it. After sitting on the phone finally reaching my card they verified that Budget employees didn't run the card properly, and the agent gave attitude versus just getting my car. I had more trouble downstairs, the car a I assigned was dirty and smelled of smoke. Turns out the wrong car was in my space, the next car had damage. After 3hrs I finally made it to my hotel, exhausted after being in my flight then dealing with extreme INCOMPETENCE at Budget. I will never make the mistake of renting with Budget again.
