  • Not a huge fan of the Paris Hotel but as we were cutting through after getting off the tram we realized we hadn't had dinner and it was getting late. Stumbled upon Burger Brasserie and grabbed a table. Service was good and quick. I ordered the Le Paris burger and it was so good it made me angry! A perfect med-rare as any beef should be prepared. Topped with brie, caramelized onions, smoked bacon on an onion bun. Accompanied by sweet potato fries. So good! Dang it - makes me want to go back just writing this review. Honestly, the burger was just excellent!
