  • We signed up for Sunday delivery. Then all of a sudden started receiving and being charged for Wednesday paper as well. Never asked for Wednesday. Then no paper at all for 8 weeks but being charged for the paper. Called continuously and was told a we would be credited and a supervisor would call us. No supervisor ever called and continued to never get the paper. Finally fed up emailed to cancel. Was told had to call. Called and was on hold for over 3 hours. No one ever answered. Finally called to a different dept and was told he would transfer Me. I told him no wanted to speak to a supervisor. He was so rude he me put me on hold and finally came back and canceled my subscription. I would be embarrassed if his person was answering my phones. This isn't how I would think USA Today/AZ Republic would want their business to be run but hen again no one ever calls you back.
