Made a group reservation in March 2013 for four rooms May 18, 2013. Arrived at Hotel and was told since we booked through a third party we were given best available which were four rooms with only a King bed! Was told by front desk gal that there was nothing she could do. She was not sympathetic at all or interested in trying to come up with some options. The other desk gal heard and did say they could put in roll away beds. Her customer ,that was checking in at the time ,said she would be happy to take a King bed and let us have the two queens that they were giving her.We had to accept the other rooms .We were told that roll away beds would be brought right up. We were pleasantly surprised to see couches in the rooms that would work very well for a bed. It was frustrating to know that the front desk girls could have diffused this whole situation by telling us this was available! We finally got roll away beds after two calls and 4 hours later! Thought we would take advantage of the happy hour. Food took a LONG time to get! There were about 16 of us but we only ordered about 7 appetizers. Only one person working. We had to rush eating to get to our evening commitment . One more concern...Our rooms had free parking but Hotel was charging $15.00 for some of the vehicles. One of our group paid $15.00. When I asked about this the charges were taken off the rooms but no refund to the one guest that paid! On a positive note...There were some very nice employees , like Colin ( valet parking), Employee who brought up roll away beds, and server in bar area in the morning ( bar / outdoor patio area). Probably would not come here again though. It's a shame as we come to the Phoenix and surrounding areas frequently.
