  • Shannon and Tom are the most incredible landlords I've ever met. They are considerate, helpful, and always ready and able to help! They want to create a community and that's exactly what they've done! I love where I live and I've lived in two of their properties. They are so sweet and even change our air filters. They are always available if anything goes wrong and are always trying to improve their properties. I am so glad I met them, they've become great friends. Not to mention my apartment is the cutest!! I HIGHLY recommend Little Moe to anyone!!
