rev:text	This is a tentative review of the Mayo Clinic - Arrowhead facility because my insurance has yet to bill me for my last visit so I don't know what the damage is as far as what I incurred. Anyway, it is worth noting that I am new to the Mayo Clinic system and with that being said I had no idea what to expect. The facility is small, very "family medicine"-like and pretty quiet. When I arrived, I was told that I needed to fill out a bunch of forms that I had already done online. I was told that what I already did was not for this facility, so that was a little frustrating. Before I could finish, the RN came to get me from the hall and had me carry everything to the back room where I had to take my shoes off and get my vitals done. I explained that I was new and the RN and I went over what I wanted to talk to the doctor about. At this point, I had already felt rushed and was a little annoyed. However, when the doctor came in, she was excellent. She gave me a great game plan to follow, helped with with putting together a plan for my health, and she did a great job at listening to me and giving me options moving forward. Also, she got my blood work set up quickly and those results got back to me (almost all of them) within a few hours. In the end, my somewhat frustrating visit turned into a good one. I still don't know the cost of this visit, so we'll see how that changes my view on things. But I do feel as if Mayo Clinic and I are off to a good start, and this clinic certainly played a role in facilitating that. All of the people I dealt with were friendly and professional.
