  • The luxury pedicure was super amazing and the place is very clean. My nail tech opened a fresh pack of tools and one piece fell on the ground. With out asking he went and got a new set. I was happy. Now the issue was I had a nail issues a precious salon used a drill file to saw off my gel and destroyed my big toe nail! I have a deep dent from over filing that is painful. I told the manager lady about my injury and she translated to my nail tech. He w as gentle but didn't make it any better either. And what made it worse is he rushed with my polish and then ruined it when putting my sandals in. Instead of redoing the one nail he painted over it. 4 hours later..... I went to the gym (tennis shoes and socks) and after my work out, the nail polish stuck to my socks and I had to rip it off. I removed the polish and threw on some clear polish till I had time to redo it else where. Great pedicure but the polish incident was saddening and disappointing due to how much I paid and I gave about 28% tip.
