Food trucks can impress with the food stuffs they produce & TIN Kitchen definitely joins those ranks. One day they happened to set up shop a couple blocks from where I was staying so I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find them. It was a must do.
They have a very interesting menu, but my eyes were immediately drawn to the Korean BBQ Slider. As my little bundle of goodness was handed to me from the window, I could smell the kimchi. To my husband's chagrin, I don't always enjoy the smell of kimchi, but if you want to mix it in a slider (or a Philly Cheesesteak), I will eat it up. The slider was bursting with flavor and full of BBQ beef goodness. The right mix of flavor for all the taste buds to enjoy: sour, sweet, savory, salt. They were all there.
I would definitely look these guys up the next time I'm in the Queen City to track them down again.
