  • First off I'm a mechanic. I just moved here and don't have my tools with me. So I'm looking for a local shop to maintain our vehicles. Took my F150 in to have fuel filter replaced and tires rotated and balanced. Got a call saying I needed new tires and couldn't balance them. I informed them they were near new tires with no issues. While on the on the phone I was informed they got them balanced and all was good? Then when I picked up my truck they presented me with an invoice with the complete unauthorized inspection they did on my truck. The only thing wrong was the K&N air filter needed cleaned. When I got time to do that I noticed the housing and clamp we're bent and air filter gaskets was missing. I haven't dug deeper into the truck only time will tell. I only give them one star because I can't give them less. Bad experience. Mike
