  • Need an appliance repaired? It's cheaper then buying a new one. I called Zenon Repair because of the reviews on Yelp. William is a very friendly and smart tech. He knows his appliances and offers a warranty on the appliance he works on for 1 year. This is for labor of the appliance. I had a washing machine that needed a new water valve, The part cost $32.00. If I had called some other company, the part would have cost $64.00 or more. William dose not mark up replacement parts. The average service call from most company's is around $80-$85. plus parts. In the past I have had my drier and Refrigerator worked on. The Refrigerator I had to replace because the service person kept on putting bad replacement parts in it so he had to come back in a month to fix the same problem again and again. So after spending around $800.00 on parts and labor, I just went and got a new one. William is a Tech man. He needs help with his office and appointments setting and to handle the public. I told him so. His service fee is (At this time) $140.00 plus parts that are not marked up. With a warranty that if something else go's wrong with my washer, In one year, He will fix it for the cost of the part only. So if my washer motor go's out, all I pay is for the part and labor is free. My washer is 15 years old. chances are that something might g on it. I hope not but paying a few bucks more for peace of mind is worth it. William is not about upselling or replacing something that doesn't need replacing, He just wants to fix the problem. The best time to call him is 8am-9am If you have an emergency, I know he will make arrangements to get to you ASAP. William has the big company's calling him to be there factory service repair guy. There calling him, He didn't contact them. He's that good. He just needs a good office manager. So have some understanding when you make an appointment. He's not the cheapest, but in the long run he is the best and the cheapest.
