  • WOW - what a great experience! I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere - very clean and very professional. I went in to get permanent makeup on my eyelids (upper and lower). For anyone who has done this before, you know it's painful and can be uncomfortable. Nelly was wonderful! She was so gentle and her hands were very steady. She talked to me which helped me to forget about what was going on and made the procedure go by so quickly. She even gave me a mini facial at the end. I have been to other places who do permanent makeup, but I have to say that Nelly has been the best - hands down! Also, Joy, the reception gal was great, too. She was able to get me in in the same day that I called to make the appointment. She was so sweet and very friendly! If you need a place here in LV to handle your cosmetic needs, call De Vries! You will be very happy you did! And if you're tired of putting makeup on every day, make sure you have Nelly take care of you! Again, she made what could have been an uncomfortable experience a very good experience! THANK YOU NELLY!
