  • I've been a member at this gym for several years. Today I was treated so disrespectfully by one of the trainers that I will probably cancel my membership. He talked to me like I was stupid when I asked for help using their very confusing scale. He wouldn't get up to help me but just sat there pointing and repeating himself while I struggled with it. Then when I asked him if other people complained about it because it's extremely confusing he said "yeah first world problems" and was totally condescending saying several more rude remarks. I've never been treated so poorly at a facility that I pay to belong to. I do no recommend this gym.
