  • Absolute horrendous experience. Do NOT use teleflora.com. They never delivered the flowers I had sent and instead sent me a delivery confirmation. When I called, they apologized and said they would send it the next day. Again, flowers were never delivered. I sent an email and never got a reply. I called and they didn't have an excuse. I asked for a refund (will see if I get it). I am appalled at the lack of customer service and their management of problems. Do NOT order from them. Even if it's more expensive elsewhere, save yourself the hassle and headache.
