  • My husband and I have been bringing our Shih Tzu to Desert Doggies for 4 months, and we are very pleased with the service and compassion from the staff. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist, Stephanie, will greet & summon your groomer. Juli, gave us a tour of the facility when we stopped by this February, and found out that she's a 'special needs' groomer. That was such a blessing for us! (our baby has a back injury & we were very nervous about finding a groomer) Juli, is an exceptional groomer! Every groom has been 'consistent', and as other reviews state; you can be rest assured that your pet will be in good hands, and treated with the utmost care. We always get an update from Juli, at pick-up time. The owner, Manda, runs a tight ship, and her groomers are a reflection of her! Manda, is also a special needs groomer, as well as Vanessa, so if there is any concern regarding your pet, please request for any one of these expert groomers. Juli, uses a special harness, to suspend our baby, while grooming her. This alleviates stress to the back. Desert Doggies has reasonable prices. You can add a little more for 'special' spa pampering; if you choose. Your pet will always leave smelling nice, feeling clean and, Juli always adds a nice final touch....she makes the cutest hair bows! We keep grooming appointments consistent, so our Shih Tzu won't have skin issues, or other health problems. Hope you find your way to Desert Doggies! We are making Desert Doggies our go-to dog grooming salon! Please don't forget to bring your pet's current vaccination and rabies shots information, so it can be kept on file.
