| - We got so much food here. It's a good spot for bbq, and worth trying if you're in the area.
Bacon wrapped Jalapenos - So I'm probably not the target demographic for this since I hate cheese and bacon, but I think if I liked those two items, I probably would have liked this.
Smoked wings - I liked the smoked version better than the crispy version. Actually had a nice smokey flavor. Although I'd probably skip the wings in favor of some of the other bbq options.
Burnt Ends - I wasn't the biggest fans of these, but some others in my party loved them. I guess it just depends on if you like this kind of stuff. I was honestly expecting it to be more crispy, but I've never had burnt ends before, so no point of comparison. Also not a huge fan of BBQ sauce in general, which was the main flavor component for this dish.
St Louis Style Pork Ribs - THESE WERE SO GOOD. Very tender and flavorful. You have to get this.
Beef Brisket - I thought that this was okay, but not spectacular.
Carolina Pork - I really liked this too, very flavorful and tender.
Hickory Smoked Sausage - Not bad, although I feel like ribs are just always going to be better than sausage.
The hush puppies and pickled onions were also great accompaniments to the meat. We got a couple of side dishes, and I quite liked the smoked veggies (although they were a bit too oily for me). The banana pudding was also quite good, though very rich. All in all, enjoyed the meal here, and I think I prefer it to City Barbecue, solely on the strength of its ribs and Carolina Pork (although admittedly they are different styles).
