  • Las Vegas is the town of magicians and slight of hand, well this store and its employees are all about tricking you. Very frustrated with the dishonesty, deception, and lack of character the employees and management at this store has displayed. There is a HUGE disconnect between what they lead you to believe, in comparison to what they actually turn in to the company. My bill is now at LEAST $100 higher per month than what was discussed, and of course...Sprint is so messed up that they don't even know how to correct it. Where deception fades, incompetence takes over!
