  • So apparently you can order popcorn but you can't order water. Spoke to customer service and they confirmed, "yes sir, we don't have cups for water." I am diabetic and can't drink soda. I said, "You have cups and you have water." He said they don't serve water from the concession but they have fountains. I just paid 80 bucks for my family of 6 to see a movie I don't want to get up in the middle of the movie to get water. I mean I've always thought Regal was better but we went to this location because of show times. It's the last time. They could have easily acomidated my disability bit chose not to. So then I got to my seat and found fries all over the floor.
