  • Long overdue for a review for this excellent establishment in Henderson, NV. We've been to several "Chicago styled" deep dish pizza (ddp) places in my days from Chicago to California. I have to say that outside of Chicago, probably the best deep dish pizza place we've been to. IMO the sauce and crust are what differentiates between a good and great ddp. Their pizza tasted little 'healthier' (less heavy and greasy) than other places, even most places in Chicago. The owners are also very friendly. Just a little advice, if you're planning to dine in: It takes a good 45 minutes to cook so order ahead and enjoy.
