  • Mimi is super thorough, she has been doing this for nine years but is a third-generation permanent tattoo artist. She has two other studios in Florida, and is just working on opening one here in Las Vegas. She's very knowledgeable and takes her time, she repeatedly asks if you're OK and lets you check her work as you go along. I had the top liner done and I love it! She first started by drawing the liner and making recommendations, she then applied the numbing solution and began tattooing. She's very sweet and you don't feel rushed at all. I will be going back to get my eyebrows done.
