  • Really disappointed. We had a previous vacuum repair guy, but they shut down a while back, so we decided to give Mr. Vac & Sew a shot. Our carpet cleaner had stopped working, it had absolutely no suction, so we brought it in. Now, at our previous place, we generally saw a 1-3 day turnaround...but here, we were told that it would take a week. When we called after that week, we found out that there was some confusion as to whether or not we wanted the repair, so they never started it. Okay, great. So, another week later, it was ready to be picked up, and when my wife picked it up, she received a good scolding about how much pet hair was in the hoses, which was the problem. Okay, that's...great. Fast forward to yesterday, when I went to use the cleaner and...no suction. They didn't even test it before giving it back to us.
