  • Appears reception didn't record all my visits which resulted in a huge pain trying to get a simple asthma prescription refill. Very unprofessional receptionist. Sad to say I'll be changing doctors after 3-4 years. But it's clear my health isn't their priority. The receptionist had no interest in helping or resolve the issue.
