  • ZERO STARS. Do Not Go Here! Racist and Rude! I wanted to rent a vehicle to take my out-of-state family to Sedona for the day because my H2 was too small. When I called, the kind lady on the other end of the line she quoted me $69.99/day and she told me to just walk-in because there were plenty of SUV/Vans available. When I walked in on Saturday morning to pick up the SUV he pointed to a run down old van and said that was $79.99. I pointed to the nice black SUV parked next to the door and said I want that one, he said that was $89.99. We felt as though he was just making up prices in his head so my friend started to negotiate. As soon as we started to negotiate, the angry man behind the counter literally said to us, "This ain't no rug bazaar!" I thought he was joking around until the conversation continued and he said, "I don't need YOUR business that bad" and "YOUR money is no good here" comments. I was in shock that a "businessman" in our community was acting as though we were thieves. Although I commend hard working local businesses and go out of my way to say thank you to those who truly deserve it, I will NEVER support a racist man who disrespects patrons of this caliber. I should have read Yelp before even leaving the house Saturday morning because I could have avoided the embarrassment that my friend felt after he made those nasty comments and wouldn't have wasted the morning trying to find a descent SUV. After reading others comments, this is truly a sad angry man that filters out his customers by rejecting those that don't fit his mold by deception. So, the moral of this story: don't rent from here. Pay a little extra because National treated us with dignity and respect!
