rev:text	I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service from this company. This is the first time I've ever written a Yelp review, but because my pets lives were at stake I feel very strongly about this. When I returned home from being across the country for 2 weeks, my cats food and water bowls were completely EMPTY! That was a terrible shock and it completely unacceptable. In addition, I had a terrible time getting any kind of feedback on how my cats were doing while I was away. I phoned 3 times - and each time my information was taken down and I was told I would be contacted. When I wasn't I sent an email after which I got a VERY brief update, in which they didn't even refer to the names of my cats. In addition, when I petted my cat Milo, his hair shed all over the place, that only happens when cats haven't been touched and he clearly had not been petted once in the two weeks. I also really didn't like that they refused to make a home visit before my departure to meet the cats and let me show them where everything was kept etc. I will NEVER use them again. Next time I will go with an independent carer. If you are at all concerned with the welfare of your pet, do not use this company.
