  • TERRIBLE cancellation and rescheduling policy. They wanted me to go Biking out on the hottest day of the year in early June. Little did I know it was going to Be the hottest day of the year when I Booked. It was either risk my life going out, reschedule, or cancel. Alas, there's a reschedule fee of $25 They really want you to forfeit your money via the cancellation. Not good Business practices when you run tours in hazardous weather conditions. Also, you have to Book according to THEIR schedule and their availability very very is poor. Buyer Beware, especially for those coming from outside of town and want to have a trouBle free, stress free, hassle-less time.
