| - I have been visiting Brio at Town Square since a long time ago. Approximately since 2007 or so. This is the place to celebrate family birthdays, bring people when visiting from out of town. I have had very good experience with staff until tonight. My son's 14 bday dinner. The waiter was the most clueless waiter I have seen comparing to restaurants in the level of Brio. From the beginning, he forgot to bring my soup, i didnt bring it up thinking it was an honest mistake. Then, i was without a drink for 21 minutes and when I asked him, he never brought it. My daughter had to go to the bar area to ask and another gentleman who brought my drink while our waiter was high fiving and hugging every girl including the hostesses that would cross his path. When our dinner came out, we usually get a "Did your dinner come out ok?" from a regular waiter. This guy said " Are you all happy now?" After the drink incident which im sure someone told him about it, he didnt even recognized and owned up to his mistake but ignored it completely. To top it off, he comes towards the end to ask if we wanted dessert(Of course we said no) and made a comment if our party of 4 switched places on the table....I just had to make a comment to see if he gets it and I said; "Maybe you should come around more often"...that comment flew in front of his forehead and he didnt even have a reaction to it.....I have never seen this guy before but next time I go and if i decide to go back to this location, I will make sure I dont get this waiter and run away from his area. Tivoli Village location is almost the same distance for me. I guess i will make that decision later. I consider myself a good tipper(20% to 25%) for average service. At the same time, I give less and even $0 if the experience is a disaster like tonight. I am not looking or any freebies or anything like that but i someone needs more info on who this individual is, please feel free to message me or comment here.
