  • Had a gift card for $80 to detail my daughter's van. Upon arrival was told only was for interior, so I paid an additional $60 for exterior. Left vehicle for 6 hours, when I arrived they had just finished. Looked amazing on the exterior, but it was in the shade. When I drove home, the windows were smeared, the front of the dash, still needed cleaning. Thought, okay work, but then when my daughter arrived and we were putting her things back in the car, we were shocked that they didn't look up. The roof of the car had a coke spray across the whole top, one of the main reasons she wanted a good interior detail. The lights were sprayed with coke and not even a wipe was done. I had to get rug shampoo and clean for her. Very disappointed, especially after I gave them an additional $30 for tip. Never again!
