  • Do not stay here!!! The price was affordable but I was treated like a damn terrorist. First of all, I'm attaching pictures of the stained bedding which is totally gross. They also only have 20 damn cable channels AND the thermostat didn't work so I was FREEZING all night! But you know what - I was willing to forgive alllll of that BS until I checked out & was treated so poorly! When I checked out I went to the bar to get a drink & charge my phone. As I looked underneath the bar to check for an outlet the majority of the casino were staring at me like I had 3 heads. (UMMMM not sure why the entire casino stared at me with such disdain like I was a psycho because it's actually quite common in 2017 for bars to have outlets so you can charge your phone???) I ended up deciding to leave the motel/casino after using the restroom first. Well, on my way to the restroom I was approached by five security guards asking for my ID. WTF?! I was literally treated like a criminal all because I was looking for a damn outlet! As I started to laugh in complete confusion, shock & EMBARRASSMENT I explained to the gentleman that I'm not a criminal or a fugitive and I was only looking for an outlet to charge my phone to which he replied, "Oh no you can't charge your phone here." LOL SERIOUSLY??? So basically, you can charge your phone at McDonald's for FREE but you can't charge your phone here even though I paid for a room, drinks, food, gambling, etc. etc. etc! Talk about petty! Please, educate your staff on customer service because that is ATROCIOUS & unacceptable behavior!!!
