  • Trying to cancel direct tv is like pull teeth from an alligator. They owed me money back but instead of a check or credit to my bank account they decide to send me a citi bank card that can only be used to purchase products. I did not pay you with a debit card that could only be used to purchase other products so why would you think I would want one from you. I dont know what type os scam you have going with citi bank but " F U VERY MUCH!" I will never use your service again nor will I ever recommend you service to anyone.
