EXTORTIONISTS! DO NOT CALL!
When I called them, they said the locksmith would arrive in 15-30 minutes. We found a way into the house (yes, a window was open) and so I called back to cancel the order. The dispatcher then told me there was a $20 dispatch fee; if I didn't pay, it would be sent to collections. She even said, "we do prosecute - you can pay now or pay later."
That is not only a terrible way to retain customers, it's also extortion. I'm not a lawyer, but I do know the definition of that word. I even Googled it:
ex·tor·tion
ikstôrSH()n/
noun
the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.
...and that's exactly what they tried to do.
