  • After moving my son into his room at GCU my wife and I were preparing to drive home to CA when my son called to tell me the tire pressure light in his car was ON. We took the car to Pep Boys and Cruz immediately got to work and determined that air was leaking from the Rim! Ron worked up a reasonable quote and 30 min later they had fixed the problem plus rebalanced the wheels that had previously been improperly balanced (where my son purchased the wheels). They were honest and completed the work fast. When I went to pay I was shocked to pay less than what I was quoted. As a parent it's great to have piece of mind knowing if my son has any car issues in the future he can take his car to a shop that will take care of him and not try to take advantage of him.
