There is a reason this place has an F rating according to the BBB! I wish I had known this prior to taking both of my cars here! We took our cars to have our winter tires taken off and our summer tires put on. Wayne called and said the rear TPMS sensors needed replaced. When I picked up my car the low pressure tire light was on and I returned in 30 min to have him fix it. After returning a total of 4 times the light is still on. Also my husband detailed his car the day before we dropped it off and when I picked it up there was a gouge in the rear passenger door down the to bare metal. We notified Wayne of this and he told us to bring the car over so he could look at it. He refused to take responsibility for the damage done to our car. It is going to cost 500$ to fix my husbands car and Wayne charged me 375$ To have the tires switched and two faulty TPMS sensors. All I have to show for my experience with Vans tire is a low tire light on my dashboard and a gouge on my husbands car. Very unprofessional and rude! If I were Goodyear I wouldn't want to be associated with them considering the poor ways they attempt to conduct business.
