  • Do NOT go here! They bill you for extra things! Even a Co Pay paid in cash at the time of service!! The billing Dept does NOT pick up the phone. I've spent over 30 mins holding multiple times. They don't reply to call back request or messages. Even went in to the Office to ask for help & they gave me the billing offices #. That helped a lot. They continue to add Finance charges for something I do not owe!. DO NOT GO HERE!!
