Had deep cut on upper forearm. Extremely painful and staff was slow to provide pain medicine. At first they said because my heart rate was low. But after it had been stable for quite a while they were not efficient. Pretty much a "don't care attitude". The cut was deep and clean and my 6 year old could have produced a better staple job. Also, we asked for antibiotics and they refused. I've read on deep wounds it's better then waiting for infection to occur. They did give me a tetanus shot. Truly, I felt like the pattern of movement following how they attend to things was orderly, but the staff all around was not caring and I wasn't human to them. I refused their blood work obviously not needed and they kept mentioning it...guess I reduced their bottom line profit from my case. The quality of work should be an embarrassment.
