I was in an accident and USAA booked my rental thru Enterprise while my car was being repaired. The guy who picked me up was very friendly, but I am rating them low due to the condition of the car. I was not put in a comparable car to mine and to top it off the car had a flat rear tire. I called as soon as I left because the tire light came on. They said to try putting air in the tires. I took it to Big O since that's all there is where I live in Maricopa. They aired up the rear tire, said it was low and it may be flat or have something in the tire. Two days later I get back in the car to go to work and the tire light is on. None of the nearby Enterprise locations had a car I could exchange this one for. A guy tried to give me an excuse that it's probably just the change in temperature. The next guy I spoke to said they have an account with Firestone and to take it there to fix the tire. I head over to Firestone and it's at least an hour wait to get the tire fixed?!?! What a huge headache. Super annoyed at this experience.
